User Agreement and Website Privacy Policy
Spain Legal company having its commercial name Spain Legal Garant, SL and the registration number 20123868, located at calle Aragó, 264, 1-1, Barcelona, 08007, is the owner of the domain name and web pages hosted at https://spainlegal.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website), and the owner of the service mark “Spain Legal”.
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the activities of the Website owned by Spain Legal (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration) and set up terms of use of the services and materials posted on the Website by the User.
The user is an individual who visits the Website and is one of the parties to this Agreement.
The User's access to the Website means that the User accepts and agrees to comply with all the following provisions of this Agreement.
The privacy policy pertaining to the processing of personal data of the Website Users is an integral part of this Agreement and is detailed in the corresponding section.
User Agreement
1. General Provisions
1.1. When starting to use the Website, the User is considered accepted the terms of the Agreement and the Privacy Policy completely, unconditionally and without any exceptions. If the User disagrees with any of the provisions of the Agreement, the User is not entitled to use the Website.
1.2. The Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Website Administration unilaterally without any prior notification. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Website. The Website Administration recommends Users to regularly check the provisions of this Agreement for changes and/or supplements.
2. The User responsibilities
2.1. The user agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violations of the Russian legislation or international regulations including those of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disturbances in the normal operation of the Website and its services.
2.2. The user acknowledges that the use, appropriation, copying, distribution of any materials posted on the Website without the consent of the copyright holders is not allowed and entails the enforcement of responsibilities. For the legitimate use of the materials of the Website, the conclusion of an Agreement with the owner – the Website Administration – is required.
2.3. When citing materials from the Website, including copyrighted authorizing, a link to the Website is required to be posted.
2.4. The user is warned that the Website Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the Website.
2.5. The user agrees not to take actions that may disturb the normal operation of the Website.
2.6. The user agrees not to use the Website to distribute advertising information, but to use the Website services according to their intended purpose. Accordingly, the service request form, for example, cannot be used to send spam messages or ads.
Privacy Policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. Use of the Website implies the User's consent to this Policy.
1.2. Personal information means:
Personal data voluntarily provided by the User about themselves when filling out feedback forms to send online applications for agency services, newsletter subscription or other forms involving the use of individual services of the Website. To use such services, minimal (required) data on the communication details of users and additional data at the discretion of users are required.
User data obtained in result of using the Website and its services (geolocation data, information about the browser, access time, requested web-page address, URL, etc.).
1.3. The Website Administration has the right to amend the Privacy Policy.
2. Cookie Policy
2.1. When visiting the Website, cookies may be installed on the User's computer for the purpose of registration and further analysis of various User data as part of marketing research permitted by the effective legislation.
2.2. A notification of cookies and a proposal to approve their use is usually shown in a pop-up window on the Website or through another technical solution.
2.3. The user can at any time delete the cookies installed on their computer and use settings to block new cookies.
3. Feedback forms use
3.1. When using the feedback forms of the Website, the User fills out the fields requesting personal data (name, phone number, e-mail address), and has the right to provide additional information about themselves at their own discretion.
3.2. Upon clicking on the “Send” button the User accept this User Agreement. By this action, the User confirms that they have acknowledged all provisions of the Agreement and fully understood their meaning, as well as the possible consequences of violating those provisions.
3.3. The information provided by the User through the feedback forms does not establish relationships between the owner of the Website and the User and does not indicate the acceptance by the owner of the Website of an order for the services provision. Information from the User is used for further communication with them to clarify details and negotiations over the provision of services.
4. Processing, storage, protection, and transfer of Personal information
4.1. The Website Administration stores the User's Personal Information solely for the purpose of interacting with the User.
4.2. The Website Administration has the right to transfer the User's Personal Information to third parties in the following cases:
The User has consented to the transfer of personal information;
When it is necessary to engage specialists to provide a professional service requested by the User;
The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable law within the framework of the procedure established by legislation.
4.3. The Website Administration takes technical measures to protect the User's Personal Information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4.4. Personal Information can be processed automatically and non-automatically.
4.5. Actions for the processing of personal information include the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, analysis, and other actions within the framework of Russian and other applicable legislation on the collection and processing of information.
4.6. The processing of Personal Information can be carried out for the following purposes:
Processing of incoming requests from individuals for the purpose of further interaction with the request User;
Analytics of the actions of an individual on the Website and the functioning of the Website to improve this Internet resource;
Advertising and newsletters sending-out for the purpose of targeted informing of Users.
4.7. The processing of personal data can be terminated at the request of the subject of personal data. The User can send the corresponding statement at the email address info@spainlegal.com.
Miscellaneous
The Website is a public Internet resource where any posted information is provided for informational purposes only. The User undertakes to use the Website solely for the purpose of obtaining information about the services provided by the owner of the Website. The Website Administration is not responsible for damage caused to the User in result of actions they took voluntary and guided by the information posted on the Website.
Inaction on the part of the Website Administration in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Website Administration of the right to take later appropriate actions in defense of their interests and in defense of copyright for the materials of the Website protected in accordance with the legislation.
Все возможные споры, вытекающие из настоящего Соглашения или связанные с ним, подлежат разрешению в соответствии с действующим законодательством.
The User confirms that they has read and understood all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
